I am currently pursuing my MSc (Engg) in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at BUET, one of the top engineering institutions in the country. This program allows me to deepen my knowledge in advanced technologies such as telecommunications, data communication, VLSI technology, networking, and emerging areas like AI and machine learning. Enthusiastic and highly motivated Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology with a strong academic background and a passion for technology. The goal of this research is to create a single EEG channel-based automatic sleep stage classification system. CNN model has used for this classification.The suggested CNN model has an 80% accuracy rate and a 0.81 overall Cohen's kappa. The performance of the proposed model is better in precision, re-call, F1-score, specificity of wake sleep stage.The N1, N2, REM stage has also improved in some performance.
Designed and implemented a compressor circuit. This circuit expands low amplitude voltages and compresses higher voltages and also suitable to use in an audio system. Tested the circuit using dc power supply and the outcome aligned with the expected results.
Developed Pizza ordering web application using ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Integrated SQL Server for database functionality and user authentication.
Designed and implemented heat alarm circuit with SCR for temperature sensing and alarm activation. Configured the SCR circuit to activate an audible alarm upon exceeding predefined temperature thresholds.
Designed and optimized parabolic reflector antenna using CST Microwave Studio. Determined S-parameter, VSWR, Gain, Directivity, Radiation pattern, E-field, H field,Surface Current and analyzed antenna performance.
Created an innovative Arduino-based car that responds to hand movements. Integrated sensors and Arduino programming to enable intuitive control through gestures, demonstrating a novel approach to vehicle interaction.
Designed and constructed a variable DC power supply with adjustable voltage and current output and simulation using Proteus Design Suite.
